The responsible team cannot be at every property.
A property may be occupied, vacant, or intermittently staffed while the owner, manager, or operator is somewhere else. Depending on what is monitored there, Envoy can detect conditions like a leak, an unexpected temperature change, lost power, or lost internet connectivity. What Envoy is

Envoy is a remote property-monitoring and response system. Not every property needs the same monitoring. What each one gets is decided when the deployment is planned, and Envoy runs it from there.
It brings the monitoring, the alerts, the response, and the record together across a portfolio, so there is one place to see monitoring status and follow what happened. Compatible monitoring and other property systems can remain in place and keep doing their existing jobs.

Know when monitoring stops reporting
Envoy verifies that connected monitors are reporting and surfaces monitors that stop. It can supply the monitoring, expand partial coverage, and incorporate compatible monitoring already in place.
Know who has been alerted
Envoy sends each alert to the contact you assign and tracks the response. You assess the property condition, talk to your customer, and arrange any field work it needs.
See every property in one view
Envoy gives you one view of what is being monitored, what alerts are open, where each one stands, and the history across the properties you serve. Property-level systems can remain in place.
Show what happened, and when
Envoy keeps an operational record of detected conditions, monitor status, alerts, and response activity. You can review that record with your customer.

For partners
Envoy partners offer Envoy as an ongoing service across the properties, sites, or assets they serve. They continue to own the customer relationship, receive and assess alerts, and arrange any needed field response. ObjectSpectrum builds and operates Envoy and provides technical support. For owners and operators
Envoy reaches property operators through a partner or directly from ObjectSpectrum. It detects the conditions each property is set up to watch for, and it notices when a monitor stops reporting. On a partner deployment, the partner owns the customer relationship and coordinates any needed field work.
